Call the demo line

Concierge AI answers the telephone line of NORQ AI Hotel, a fictional property we built to demonstrate the assistant. The hotel does not exist and nothing it tells you is a real price or a real reservation. Call it and ask anything about the property:

An AI assistant answers, and says so in its first sentence. The line is operated by NORQ AI, ul. Spacerowa 11L, 32-600 Babice, Poland. Standard call charges from your own operator apply; we do not charge for the call.

Ask it to text you the booking link

Concierge AI cannot see a live booking system, so it does not know what a room costs on your dates or whether it is free. When you ask about a price or availability it says so and offers to text you a link to the booking page. Asking for that text is how you opt in to receiving it — there is no form, no checkbox and no keyword. The only way to receive a message from us is to telephone the number above and ask for one.

Before anything is sent, the assistant reads your own number back to you, together with the following:

This is NORQ AI Hotel. I’ll text the booking link to [your number] — one message, just for this request. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Send it?

Only a clear yes sends the message. Anything else is a decline and the call simply carries on. If you talk over that disclosure, nothing is sent and nothing is taken as consent — ask again and you will hear it in full.

What you receive, and what it costs
  • One message per request. It contains a link to our booking page and nothing else. A second message needs a second call.
  • Message and data rates may apply, charged by your own mobile operator. We charge nothing.
  • No marketing. There is no newsletter, no recurring messaging and no promotional text of any kind. We never text anyone who has not telephoned us and asked.
  • Agreeing is never a condition of using the assistant, of the telephone line, or of anything else we offer.
  • Reply STOP to any message to receive no further messages, or HELP for help. You can also write to contact@norq.ai.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number

The assistant uses the number your network presents when you call. It never asks you to read a number out, and it will not send to a withheld or anonymous number — a misheard digit would text a stranger. Your mobile number and your consent to be messaged are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messages are delivered by Twilio Inc. and its EU affiliates acting as a data processor.
